I understand things happen sometimes out of our control, but my time and your time are valuable so Please allow 48 hour notice for all cancellations. A 25% fee of estimated total of canceled appointment will be applied for all cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. The fee can be paid prior to next appointment or will be applied at next appointment. If your service provider needs to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window then you the client will receive 25% off your next appointment. No shows and day of cancellations will be charged 50% of estimated missed appointment total.
